You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if the product:
· Is faulty or defective
· Is damaged on arrival
· Is the wrong product i.e. wrong colour and size
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including for reasons such as:
· You no longer want the item
· You ordered the wrong item
· You found the item cheaper elsewhere
If we choose to accept a change-of-mind return at our discretion, the item must:
· Be unused and in original condition
· Be returned in original packaging
· Be returned within 14 days of purchase
· Include proof of purchase
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
