Return and Refund Policy

At Ezo Lace, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains your rights and our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), as well as our standard returns process.


1. Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including for reasons such as:

  • You no longer want the item
  • You ordered the wrong item
  • You found the item cheaper elsewhere

unless otherwise stated or required by law.

If we choose to accept a change-of-mind return at our discretion, the item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Be returned within 14 days of purchase
  • Include proof of purchase

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.


2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
